Never. We do one thing: reverse osmosis water purification. We don't offer weekly service, repairs, or maintenance. Our Pro Partner agreement has a written no-poach clause, and we actively promote your expertise to the customer after every job, including a card that says "Thank your pool tech. They made this happen."
No. We coordinate directly with the homeowner once they approve the quote. You're welcome to stop by if you want, but 90% of our pro partners never leave their route. You'll get a completion text with the before/after water report when we're done.
